Empowering ACET Leaders to Navigate
Complexity and Lead with Confidence

Busara Africa supported the African Centre for Economic Transformation (ACET) to design and deliver a leadership development programme that strengthened leadership effectiveness, improved collaboration, and supported organisational performance in a complex, high-demand environment. Through a blend of interactive workshops and personalised coaching, the programme equipped managers and senior leaders with practical tools to make better decisions, lead teams with clarity, and build trust across the organisation.
Delivered through two workshops in Accra in 2025, the programme focused on leadership identity, trust-building, conflict management, inclusive leadership, adaptability, and leading in uncertainty, including the strategic implications of AI. Participants translated learning into concrete leadership actions and team-level practices, contributing to stronger alignment, healthier organisational culture, and more effective execution of ACET’s mandate. With 87.5% of participants rating the programme as excellent, the engagement reinforced leadership capacity as a core driver of sustained organisational impact.
