Leadership with MTN
Busara collaborates with MTN to strengthen the capacity/leadership of women under the Women in Technology Initiative.
Since 2018, Busara has been providing Coaching Services to women in the company.
The carefully curated coaching sessions, lasting an hour each, occur regularly on a quarterly basis. These sessions are flexible, taking place either place in person or virtually to ensure accessibility and convenience for all participants.
This ongoing initiative has proven to be a catalyst for personal and professional development where the women in technology continue to experience remarkable growth as they navigate the complexities of their roles with newfound confidence and resilience. Our sessions are guided by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Beyond the coaching sessions, Busara provides masterclasses to the women on personal development such as building resilience. The programme is aimed at deploying bespoke development to help women effectively manage their careers.
Busara also facilitated a Poetry Session for MTN’s Executive Committee which was aimed to introduce poetry as a powerful mechanism for fostering a different kind of conversation among leaders.
