Busara Africa empowers the Sales and Customer Service department of Eurotour Ghana Limited through Personal Development and Customer Service Training.

Busara Africa was engaged by Eurotour Ghana Limited, a pioneer in the travel and tour business in Ghana. The collaboration aimed to elevate the skills and competencies of Eurotour’s key team members in the realms of personal development and customer service. The one-day training event, hosted at the Maxlott Hotel in Accra on August 12, 2023, brought together Eurotour’s sales and customer service team in an interactive and enriching learning environment.
The primary objective of the training was to empower the company’s key team members, specifically those who frequently interact with customers. Recognising the pivotal role these individuals play in shaping customer experiences, the training focused on providing them with essential knowledge and fostering reflections on critical topics. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, attendees engaged in discussions that fostered a deeper understanding of customer service principles. The training emphasized the importance of customer-centric approaches and effective communication strategies to ensure lasting and positive impressions on Eurotour’s clientele.
