The Resource Team
Taaka Awori is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Busara Africa Limited. She is an Organisational Development Practitioner and a Certified Coach with extensive experience in Leadership, Personal Development, and Organisational Development. Taaka has over 20 years of experience working with Private and Public Organisations, Governments, Foundations, and NGOs across Africa, Europe and the US. A significant part of Taaka’s practice is dedicated to facilitation, training, and coaching.
Kweku Aacht is a learning and development specialist and is the Founder of AWO, a 100-strong global collective of leaders and changemakers committed to wellness as an anchor for living an impactful purpose-driven life. Kweku is an executive wellness coach, yoga teacher, fitness instructor, mediator and a highly skilled and intuitive experiential workshop leader. He has delivered wellness or transformational programs for Fidelity Bank Ghana, Barclays International and the Mayor’s Office (General London Assembly) and is the in-house wellness coach at the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD Ghana).
