Holding Space for Leaders Driving
Systems Change Across Africa

The CoP connects partners from Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal, and Uganda through in-person convenings and ongoing learning platforms, including learning circles, leadership hubs, and Organisational Development Labs. Participation has remained consistently high, with partners co-designing sessions, leading peer learning, and generating shared knowledge that strengthens systems change practice across the continent
A recent four-day convening in Mombasa (September 2025) brought together 53 leaders from 20 organisations across eight countries to explore political engagement, norm change, coalition building, and learning for systems change. Together, these engagements are nurturing a vibrant learning community and shaping the next phase of collective systems change across the continent.
